Nice small very dog friendly pub. Can get very crowded at busy times. Very small car parking area. There is a separate dining only area. Dogs are allowed in the bar area which still has a fair amount of comfortable tables for eating. Food is good tasty pub fare. Has reasonable vegetarian and some vegan sellection of dishes. Staff are friendly and helpful. It also has a small outside area overlooking the canel which can be nice in good weather.
Great pub! My friend and I went in with her small dog, and the pub were very accommodating with dog treats and blankets on hand!
Great selection of beers/ales. Food is average. Nice place to hang out tho and staff are very pleasant
I love this place! Unique canalside setting and a knowledgeable staff. Huge drink selection which changes regularly. Never had food here but having a few gins has pleased me more than once! It's a little on the pricey side so if you're going for wine I would recommend trying to share a bottle than doing it by the glass, about 9 for a double and mixer
Great place to visit for a Sunday lunch. Nice staff, pleasant location, dog friendly and - huge plus points for parents of a 1 year old - clean and well-stocked nappy change facilities.
