Just brought a gun from them today 16/01/2019 16.56 weihrauch HW90K I have to say I was quite looking forward to my visit and very positive about it the shop it self was pretty good but there customer service was disgusting Whether face-to-face or on the phone I felt like they had a couldnt care less attitude borderline rude which seems to be the case in this once fair land also they dont know how to fit a scope had to do it myself and furthermore it was a better job how this company is still in business is beyond me if this is the way they treat their customers this was meant to be a happy time buying this gun from them I worked hard to save up for this but I just feel sad and angry about the whole affair and will not be returning or recommending shame on them.
Had yet another great experience at Ronnie Sunshines this week. The staff are friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and offered the best advice.The only downside with a visit to the shop, is that they have TOO much great stuff to tempt you

Absolutely delighted with the great communication and service. Bought my combo kit online before 12 noon on 2nd January and it was shipped same day for me to collect from my local gun dealer before 12 noon on the 3rd January. Quality items and would highly recommended.
I bought an item from them on 23/12/18 and paid for 24 delivery. When I rung to chase it on 27/12/18 ( I appreciate Christmas was in between)I was told that it would be posted that day. Its now 29/12/18 and still no parcel. I tried to call them and first the phone just rings, then someone does finally answer but immediately puts the phone down. Now it would appear that the phone is off the hook as the line is constantly engaged. Between Parcelfarce and RonnieSunshine, this has been a monumental mess up. Hopefully the parcel will arrive tomorrow. Im reluctant to use them again and will take my business elsewhere. I advise others to think twice about using their online service.
