What a fantastic company and setup. We were able to view, touch, test and try out many pushchairs, car seats and more. If you're living nearby (we travelled 40 mins) this is the only place to go. Amazing customer service and expert advice. Highly recommended a visit.
Bought a travel system at Groovystyle and it broke within a few weeks. When I went in they immediately without any quibbling lent me a replacement from the showroom whilst they contacted the manufacturers. Later that morning they called and confirmed that the manufacturer had authorised them to give me a new replacement. Within about 4 hours of popping in I had a brand new replacement. Very good customer service - couldnt have asked for more.
Terrible customer service, very poor logistics and order management. And they really dont care. The family business is run like most- all about the profit, not much customer care or appreciation.
After visiting a few places like Mothercare and John Lewis we left feeling really confused and not knowing much information about the different prams or car seats as their knowledge was terrible. Googled other places near us and was so lucky we found Groovystyle Baby. We met Jess today and her knowledge was fantastic about the different prams and car seats. She spent over an hour with us going through everything as this is our first baby. We left feeling so much happier and excited to order our new bits :) Thank you so much Jess, your service was fantastic!
