I was given a voucher for a facial and had the last evening appointment, my therapist was good, however I found the front of house experience underwhelming. Ushered through to a lounge area to wait, no water offered or reading material whilst I waited. During my treatment the music was switched off half way through and was unable to be put back on by the front of house. Noisy treatment room, hole in the ceiling covered up by a towel and wires hanging out of an unused ceiling light - very disappointing experience to be honest.

Bought a voucher for best friend as birthday treat and emailed the spa after therapist started late and only massaged for 35 minutes when I paid for an hour. Requested Roxanne but she was given a trainee who started 10 minutes late and gave 35 minute treatment not an hour. Massage was substandard. Never received a response to my email and assume that they are so successful they can afford to offend two local residents.Other places to go with better facilities.
I was very happy. At spa cecily townhouse. The staff were very nice and helpful. I enjoyed my treatment and come out feeling great. Refreshing. I would recommend it.
