Possibly the best fish and chips locally. Ate in and was served quite quickly even though it was very busy.
The most expensive fish and chip shop I've seen. The food was good and the service nice. The wait time can be significant if you go at the popular times. Only given 3 because it's about twice the price of my local chippy. Unfortunately you don't have much choice in berkhamsted
Great fish cooked fresh and good chips too. Cash payments only though, so not the perfect plaice.
My Lord, the portions! The haddock was enormous. The chips spilling out. Fantastic value and the fish was cooked perfectly. But the star of the show, oddly enough, were my son's chicken nuggets. Delicious! Again, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Wonderful.
