Very very nice people and care they do for you. Every time I have gone in someone always come out to me and ask if I need help with anything and if I have a concern they will have a chat and sort you out straight away. If I can't get a drs appointment I go here for advice and to ease my mind .
Initially I spoke to a really friendly and helpful young man that understood the issue I was having tracking down the medication I needed. It is so lacking in supplies that no chemist in my local area had them and Id been waiting a week already and was desperate so the friendly guy ordered them for me and said they would be there the next day. I called up to check they arrived and a very lazy sounding guy answered and didnt even say anything just started talking to the pharmacist and ignored me. The pharmacist then didnt listen to me explain and I repeatedly had to clarify that there was an order and my name. Then said he had given them to someone else this morning!!! Even though they were set aside by my name and the order was in my name. I found him really very inconsiderate and disrespectful and Im still without my much needed medication.

Beautiful old chemist that has been a fixture on Berkhamsted high street for many years.
