We used Jamvans to move into our first home. The process of survey, getting a quote and coordination of the move were swift and well handled. The staff they sent us were excellent - personable, efficient and swift. All of our delicate items arrived in pristine condition. We would most certainly recommend them for anyone who is moving home.
I have used Jam Vans twice for moving now. On the first move there was some slight damage to a couple of plates, the fact that they dealt with this promptly and to our satisfaction I felt inclined to use their services again this time round. This time the service was brilliant as per last time Ryan and Chris did an excellent job and worked so hard all day. I find Jam Vans very efficient a dealing with queiries and booking in. I have already recommended to friends and will be using them again in a years time when we are next moving.
JamVans carried out our move from Watford to Flitwick. All of the staff were amazing and the move went very smoothly. Dean and Al were very quick and took a lot of care with our belongings. Before leaving both properties they asked whether there is anything else they can help us with and they made what you would expect to be a very stressful day very easy and stress-free! Justin carried out the survey and was helpful with his packing tips and Jo in the office was helpful with answering all of my queries. I would highly recommend JamVans to everyone! Very impressive service!
The service we received from the Jam Vans was fantastic from start to finish. Our surveyor was very thorough, more thorough than the others that quoted, the quote was fully inclusive which mean that we did not need to worry about anything. On the day of the move the movers lived up to everything that was promised plus more. We are really happy with our removal company and would use again in the future.
