I had my hair and make up done for my Sons' wedding by the incredibly talented owner - Natalie. My daughter also had her hair put up by Kim, who was totally amazing. She has very long hair so it took a lot of time and persistence to get the achieved style. Although it may have been a challenge she didn't rush at all, and my daughter had total confidence in Kim's work. We were so welcomed by everyone, and both felt completely relaxed and looked after. Natalie made me feel and look so glam! For such a special day for all of our family and friends it gave me so much confidence. We would both highly recommend The Hair Secret, thank you so much!
Fantastic experience and love my new hair!The lovely lady on reception (sorry can't remember her name) when I originally popped in to discuss my requirements was fantastic, went into detail and gave me advise and made my decision to go with Hair Secret very easy!My hair dresser Amy was also amazing and gave me exactly what I wanted without me having to go into much detail.Due to their 10 year anniversary today I received a mocktail and cupcake on arrival from a lovely little boy.The apprentice who washed my hair was also very lovely and chatty..The lady I originally met on my first visit was there and when i asked both her and Amy they were both more than happy to help me with my questions in order to maintain my look.Service like this goes a long way! Here is to the next 10 years :)

Transformative - I had been recommended by a friend to The Hair Secret in Berkhamsted after I had had a very bad experience at another salon in town and to my delight the Hair Secret were absolutely fantastic. Kim was the stylist that transformed my hair; she listened very carefully to my brief and then explained to me what she was going to do and the results were brilliant; she achieved everything that we had set out to achieve and now I am extremely pleased with my hair. Her attention to detail was second to none and she clearly cares about her clients. I would highly recommend her and the salon.
I had my hair cut this Saturday with Amarah. I am not very good at knowing what suits me so she advised me and gave me a lovely haircut. I am very pleased. My sister and I had appointments there at the same time and she was also very happy and her hair looks lovely. Very friendly place. Thanks very much.
