Best Gym Ive been a member The equipment and variety is good but its the staff that really makes this gym stand out. Reception are always cheery, the personal trainers are excellent, Paul Malekos, Richard Tabor and Lewis Cresswell I have received particularly excellent experience. Classes are regular and offer convenient times. If you are not a member - why not?
The friendliest gym I have ever been to, very helpful staff and never over crowded. Big bonus it has a sauna.

A professional, independent fitness establishment that pretty much covers most indoor fitness modalities (even Powerplate - and I have them at home!). Fun fitness for all.
