An outstanding facility that constantly improves and reinvents itself. Caters for a diverse clientele ranging from school students to the elderly. All are treated with respect and friendly assistance when requested. Superb equipment which includes excellent selection of free weights , cardio and cable machines. Plenty of space on two levels with changing rooms and showers. Customers new to gym work are well catered for whilst learning the ropes. Head of gym: Adrian Forster is a top trainer with a wonderful sense of humour and dedication beyond most in his position. A genuine people person. If new, take a few sessions with him and youll learn the correct techniques thatll more than pay back the investment. Having been a customer for several years, I can thoroughly recommend The Fitness Room as an enjoyable and worthwhile experience!
