Great service as always from the staff at the Berkhamsted Fat Face store.
I ordered a dress from fat face a couple of weeks ago to be delivered to the Fatface Berkhamsted store. I was waiting to be informed that it had been delivered but hadnt heard anything so I popped into store on Tuesday to enquire about my order. Sharon was brilliant, she checked where my order was, only to discover they had cancelled my order without my knowledge.Sharon checked on the computer if any stores had the dress I wanted in anywhere. She discovered that it was in another store so then arranged for my dress to be posted out to the store in Berkhamsted. She has a caring approach and she is a true professional prepared to go that extra mile for her customer I really appreciate the effort that she went to, thank you Sharon.

Some nice clothes but trousers rarely seem to be available in larger sizes.
