Terrible service. I booked online to have a colour and received a confirmation email telling me all was fine and the colour was booked in, then 3 hours before my appointment I get a phone call to say there wasn't enough time to do my colour and they wouldn't be able to do my appointment. A very inconvenient last minute cancellation considering I was going on holiday the next day and was unable to have my hair done anywhere else. Pretty poor customer service all round. It was going to be my first time trying this salon. Certainly won't be trying it in future
